These terms govern your purchase and use of SaasHangar ("the Product"), a developer starter kit sold as source code. By buying or using the Product you agree to them.
1. What You're Buying
SaasHangar is source code, sold once with lifetime access to the version line you purchased and its updates. There is no subscription. Tiers:
- Free (OSS slim) — MIT licensed. Use it freely, including commercially.
- Indie ($129, one-time) — a single-developer license to build and ship your own products with the kit.
- Agency ($329, one-time) — adds multi-tenant features and white-label rights to ship client work.
2. License Grant
We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, modify, and deploy the Product to build your own applications and (for Agency) client applications. You keep ownership of what you build with it.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the Product itself (or a trivially modified copy) as a competing starter kit, template, or boilerplate. The license is for building products with SaasHangar, not for reselling SaasHangar.
4. Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments and license keys are handled by LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to LemonSqueezy's terms. Applicable taxes are collected by LemonSqueezy.
5. Delivery
The Product is delivered as a versioned source archive via a license-validated download. You are responsible for keeping your license key and account secure.
6. No Warranty
The Product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any code before deploying it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
