14-Day Refund
If SaasHangar isn't right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no lengthy justification required.
How to Request
Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, or reply to your LemonSqueezy receipt. Refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
Reasonable Use
Because SaasHangar is downloadable source code, we ask that refunds be requested in good faith — not after you've taken the code and shipped a product with it. We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, repeated buy-download-refund cycles).
Free Tier
The Free (OSS slim) tier is MIT licensed and costs nothing — no refund is needed; simply stop using it.
